UPDATE TO: Taking our Engagement shoot on Wednesday with Duet!

We are really excited . Of course I am driving FH a little crazy because I want to 'coordinate' our outfits. Did anyone else do that? I'm not saying matching, just coordinating!
Can you give me any ideas?

We just did ours on Friday! We had fun! I wore a berry colored shirt with black capris and he wore a black polo with jeans. We coordinated the best we could. I just didn't want our colors to clash. I can't wait to see them!

We just did ours on Friday in Central Park. It was SOOOO hot and humid - so I'm petrified at how the pictures came out. We had Jay - he was fun, patient and seemed to take real pride in his work. He seemed disappointed when we had to quit b/c we were literally stuck to each other (gross!)

HAVE FUN!!!


Tessie - yes it is generally part of the Duet package.

Ours are tomorrow!
We aren't wearing matching outfits, but we are going with neutral colors, nothing bright... Just plain and simple.

We are planning on going to Central Park and then either Times Square or South Street Sea Port. We are kind of going to play it by ear.

I love the look of the beach pictures but we live in the city so that is just easier for us.

Tha is so sweet that he is so caring! The end of September is usually OK with the weather. Maybe if you get your hair blown out it should be OK. I always find that the hardressers do wonders with my hair!

Tessie, the package we picked included the casual day (their version of the engagement shoot) photos and video. We spend a few hours with them going to different places. I'm so excited!!

We didn't exactly coordinate, but we tried to not clash either.. At night it got cooler and we both put on our leather jackets..

for those ladies about to do their casual pics, you are going to have SO MUCH FUN! I am still surprised at how much fun we had duing our casual day, and neither DH nor I like having our pics taken in the 1st place.

Fh wore a black shirt and khaki pants, I wore a purple shirt with a black and purple skirt. We didn't totally match but the contrast with the black looked nice.

Felicia, I am so excited! I have to say, after seeing all these great Duet photos of you and Julz and Fairylise and all the others, I am so glad that we chose them as our photographer.

both DH and I wore grey sweaters (we did it in the fall) I wore jeans and DH was supposed to, but wore khakis instead
