votive placecards help

Can anyone tell me an easy way to make the votive placecard holders? I bought the candles and the holders, but everyway I have tried to make these things, it's just turned into a big mess...... I'd really appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

What is it that you want to do exactly with the place card holders? Give me a better idea and i will try and help you!

Why dont you buy clear labels at Staples and write the names & table #'s on them and just stick them to the voitve. You can do them on the computer in any ink color, they look pretty.

well, I'm trying to find ways to put labels on them without them coming out tacky....

Is it really that simple? Wouldn't you want to hide the fact that it'a a label, or am I just making things more complicated for myself?

There are a number of posts on this & you can check out the DIY board. Most girls have been printing the names on vellum paper & then using double-sided tape to stick it. The labels are actually harder b/c the votive is round & you'll get
gaps....let me see if I can bump the post for you.

I'm using these as my place card holders instead...to make my life easier lol and attaching the card on the heart.
