well my brother got off. She dropped the child abuse case (which just proves he didn't do it). She brought her daughter to court but not their son. She is making my brothers life miserable. She still has a restraining order against my brother for the B.S. Domestic violence case (you know the one where she beat him up and he got arrested). So he still can not see his son or go home. He is devestated about not seeing his son. He asked the lawyer today so can I see my son and the lawyer said no not yet not until after the other case goes to court. My brother just burst into tears. He just wants to see his baby. The lawyer said it could be anywhere form 1 week to 2 months. UGH... In the meantime we have tickets and a car rental to come back here the 2nd week in october for the babys 2nd birthday. Now my brother probably wont be able to go so whats the point. It was going to be a surprise. We where just going to show up at the party.

I am so sorry that he is going through this

It makes me SICK when women like this make false accusations and abuse the justice system, when there are women and children out there who really are abused and need the courts protection. She should be prosecuted for making false accusations after this is all said and done and your brother has cleared his name.

How sad for the children that dont get to see thier father, my heart goes out to them.

So sorry you and your family are going through this. I feel so badly for your brother, Its just cruel to not let him see his son AT ALL.
You would think they would work something out - like a supervised visit or something like that. Your in my thoughts.
