Wedding not going as planned Anyone know anything about getting married in Luthern Church

Just found out my anullment should be done by wedding date however, I cant get married on a Monday in church. Friday, Saturday, Sunday only. Can't afford those days because it would have to be a night wedding due to earliest mass time being 11am and reception was to start at 12:30pm leaves no time for pics and definetly don't want to give up cocktail hour or time at reception to take pics. So now not only do I have to deal with the grueling process of the annullment but I lose my wedding date and feel like I have to start from scratch. Talked to hall and she apologized for telling me I would have no problem booking a church for Monday and to call her with new date tommorow but can't afford the minimum to increase or the price.
