Well hello there strangers!!
Hey girls!! Its been a while!!So, life has been INSANE the past few months..Between work, family, friends, health issues, it all was alot for a person to deal with. But now, things are starting to slow down a bit and be alot less crazy, so Im really hoping to get back on the boards more often than I have been.
I've missed everyone, so tell me whats going on with everyone's planning??!! I just asked my maid of honor last night at dinner, wrote her a really pretty note and gave her a friendship card, it made both of us cry in the middle of the restuarant!!! Shawn and I decided that we will more than likely make our own invitations due to the fact that our guest list went from 128 to 215!! Gtta save some money whereever we can!! Next thing on my list of to do's...WEDING DRESS!! YAY!! I was doing really well on my diet, then had some health issues and dropped ALOT of weight bc of it (lost a total of 25 pounds...I was sickly thin, it was gross) but I have since gained about 5 pounds back and am slowly trying to put some healthy weight back on. Hmmm, what else wedding...I had to contact of DJ company and scale back our package. Shawn and I realized we got in WAY over our heads for cost and the company was fantastic about working with us (after explaing the situation a few times lol). We also had to change our Deacon at the church. He started calling and harrassing me, so I told the church if they dont switch me I will file a complaint with the Diocese...I had a new Deacon a week later!! Other than that we havent done much else wedding related lately
Hope everyone's summer has been going good!!
