Westbury Manor brides-what hotel to block?

Im getting married at Westbury manor next Sept and was wondering what hotel I should block rooms at.???

Did they give you a list of hotels? I am going there today and I am getting the list so if you don't have one I will give you the names.

Once I get the list i can give you more input because I live like 20 min from there. I am definately going to go with the least inexpensive one as long as it is not a dump!!!!!

I blocked rooms at the Marriott for my Jan 09 wedding. It is less than 5 mins from the WM.

here are the hotels

Holiday Inn - Westbury
Hilton - Westbury
Marriot - Uniondale
Roslyn Claremont
La Quinta - Garden City

La Quinta is nice on the outside never been inside but everytime I pass it I always say what a nice looking hotel.

Marriot - ok so I work for a huge construction Real Estate Company and they are redoing the marriot. The Project Manager for that job says you wouldnt want to stay there. Don't ask me why that is just what he has said

But I know both of these hotels are fairly close, no more than like 10-15 min away.

The other ones I really cannot pinpoint where they are.

I am going to contact for prices and also see if any offer a shuttle service for my guests.
