Re: who is providing their OOT guests with a shuttle,
I am probably getting Vans - nothing fancy. Getting quotes of $125 each way per 14 person Van.So if 14 or less 1 van from hotel to reception and back $250.

Re: who is providing their OOT guests with a shuttle,
Did you ask Swan Club? Some places have a deal with a local hotel. I know when we looked at Watermill they had a free shuttle to the Holiday Inn. I think Giorgio's had something too.

Re: who is providing their OOT guests with a shuttle,
I am but I haven't called around yet to get prices. My sister's friend is getting married tomorrow (yea!) and she booked vans through All Island Taxi. She thinks she's paying $45 each way per van.

Re: who is providing their OOT guests with a shuttle,
we were going to do that but we have to pay for valet so we thought do we pay for both or no..we had to go with no..we were going to get a bus though and the vendors on here responded very quickly to the question as to how much..can't remember now but very reasonable.

I did the same thing, but without the church part...
I used Classic Coach, they were great.

Re: who is providing their OOT guests with a shuttle,
I'm going to and have called a lot of places all with very different prices, none of them reasonable IMO. I was told not to tell them that it's a wedding - just state that you need people moved from one place to another and they won't over-quote.

Re: who is providing their OOT guests with a shuttle,
I reserved my bus through the busbank.com. I had a hard time finding one on LI. They are a national service and very easy to work with. We paid $875 and had the bus for like 13 hours. It picked guests up from 2 hotels, to the church, to reception and back to the hotels at the end of the night.

Re: who is providing their OOT guests with a shuttle,
We're using ultimate class and I think we were quoted around $1050 (?)We're getting a limo van and a bus to pick people up at 4:30 and then pick them back up again at 12:30am.
