Wild Rose Video - picked up our video and all I can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, we picked up our wedding video last night from Wild Rose Video and there aren't even words to describe how thrilled we are. I can honestly say our wedding day was the perfect day, every decision we made was wonderful, but the best decision was booking Wild Rose for our video. I was going to post this on the newlywed side, but I had to let all the brides over here know that if you didn't book your video yet, and want to capture your day so you can have it on video/dvd forever, you will never find another company that will give you a final product like the one we received yesterday.

DH and I saw a few snipits of our video when we went to pick it up. Bill was at work at a wedding, and Marie showed us some of the highlights. From the second it came on, my mouth was wide open, in amazement. Then the tears came, and they came hard. I knew our video would be wonderful, and we both had such high expectations because of their work we had seen when we went to book, through their website, and through all the wonderful brides here. The editing job that Bill did was far above anything we had expected. After DH and I watched, we then had my mom and grandmother over to watch, and then went to my In Law's to show them. We got comments of 'superb, the best wedding video I have ever seen and I've seen alot, amazing, wow, how did they do that?, etc' and of course, everyone cried. You could actually hear the sobs of my mom and grandmother.

And finally, I have to say, that when I was leaving with the video's, I hugged Marie goodbye and I again started to cry. I thought about it later, and I think it was for a few reasons. The first reason was because I was just so thankful for what they had just given us. This is a wedding video that I will keep forever, cherish forever, and never ever get tired of watching. You know how people ask you if there was a fire in your house, and you could grab one thing, what would it be? I swear, it would be our video! And secondly, I felt as though I was saying goodbye to a wonderful friend that I would not be seeing again, although I know in my heart that I will always stay in touch with them. I can say to people that they were our videographers, but in all honesty, they were more than that. I went to both of them with any questions I had, whether it be about the video, a personal family crisis or even when I was stressed about my hair trials, looking for an honest opinion. Bill was the one who kept me calm on my wedding day when 10 minutes before the ceremony, I got mustard all over the back of my dress... while everyone was running around trying to find help, he came over and talked me through it. I just cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for us, for the video, for their friendship, for all that they have done.

So, I may have bored you all, but I just have to say, if you are having a videographer for your wedding, go meet with Bill and Marie... you will be hooked from the beginning, never ever doubt your decision of booking with them, and will in the end have a video that never in your wild imagination would dream was possible to have.

And Bill and Marie, if you see this.... THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I KNOW firsthand what you are feeling. I felt EXACTLY the same, your words are so like how I felt when we got ours. Untill people see the video, they have no idea. My guests who have watched it, ask ME if they can see it AGAIN! Who wants to watch someone elses video again? Well it happens. I was told by EVERYONE who saw it, they have never seen such an amazing video before.
Enjoy it, I swear myself and DH have watched it alone and with company over 30 times easily already. Bill's editing is amazing and BEAUTIFUL!!
They have too, become my friends. I love them dearly and I too will ALWAYS stay in touch with them. Marie has become like a mom/sister to me!


ETA: Ladies I agree, if you go see them, I promise, you won't look any further! My wedding pictures came to life and then some! I never knew I would feel this way about my video. Visit their website & break out the tissues!

thank you so much for sharing that post. We're using them in may for our wedding. at first, we weren't sure if we were going to use video at all and then we weren't sure about wild rose because they were a little over our budget. However we did book them.

thank you so much for sharing that post. We're using them in may for our wedding. at first, we weren't sure if we were going to use video at all and then we weren't sure about wild rose because they were a little over our budget. However we did book them.

I feel there are 3 major important things for your wedding

1 the ring-you will wear it for the rest of your life.
2-pictures
3-video

these will all you will have left of your day after the cake & food have been eaten and the flowers are dead. Bill did not miss ONE aspect of my wedding in any way! So maybe spend a little less on those other things and more on what you will have forever, it is so worth it in the end.

Mishy..i saw a the recap from your wedding. It was amazing. Everything about your day was great. Thats the first thing they asked me if i saw your post.. i finally found it (page 3 or 4 :( ) but it was truely amazing. After watching maybe 6 or 7 weddings (we were sold after 1) We finally booked them unoffically (g0tta wait till payday).

I am meeting with marie on friday night at 8:30. Very excited. I can't wait to see bill's editing genious. O jennbaby, you are on their intro to their website. You look very pretty.
