Re: yabbobay- why did you decide to cut off your train!?
lol...don't make me any more nervous than I already am!!
1. I never wnated a train. not really the train type of gal
2. I don't like many bustles
3. I don't want to drag the train around or have to worry about a bustle coming undone
4. Its just a ballerina style...

that all makes sense. I have a sweep thrian (short trian) for that very reason.

Re: yabbobay- why did you decide to cut off your train!?
My train is really short too, and i was thinking that i wished it were longer - but I certainly don't need any extra stuff near the toosh for the bustle! So w/ a sweep you still have to bustle, right? BTW Yabbobay, I have a friend who cut her train - she was never happier with her choice!

I cut my train off too!!
And the dress feels so much more comfortable!! I even made her take it up another 1/2 inch so you can see my red white & blue shoes!!

Re: I cut my train off too!!
I have no Train also. I am petite and it just makes me look shorter (at least I think so). I agree it just gets in the way! Yep....yahoo for no train brides...hehehe

Re: I cut my train off too!!
I don't really have a train either. My seamstress talked me into having a little sweep too, it's about 6 inches maybe.

Re:Question about short train
I too have a short train. I am still undecided about whether or not I should cut it off. But here's a question for you girls who have short trains, how do you bustle them? My train doesn't seem long enough to bustle (which is another reason I may cut it off).
