Aghhh I am awake

I cant break the cycle. I sleep all day and I am up all night. What happened to all the night shift ladies I use to talk to??

how about just not sleep for one day? you'll be beat by night time and be back to a normal sleep cycle!!

i agree with Evita - it will suck that first night when you have to stay up, but have you given it a try?
