Annoyed...

We were supposed to get the phone call last night for the results of the MRI for my FIL. They said they would call after 4PM and give the results (Monday morning they said within 24 hours). Poor DH took the LIRR to his parents after work to make sure he was there when they got the phone call. Did they call? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

The office opens at 8:30 and MIL was going to call today. Still nothing! This is beyond annoying! Don't they realize people are waiting for important phone calls?!?!? What can the call take? 5-10 minutes? WE JUST WANT THE RESULTS!!!!!!!

And now DH can't be there after work today because his BFF is coming in from NC tonight and we have to pick him up at the airport. Now, I have to tell him alone, tonight after work (if we know anything by then)!!!!

Thanks Lauren! That's what I keep trying to tell myself! I keep thinking they have more important calls to make so FIL is just low on the list. Still annoying to wait though. Hopefully we'll know something soon though, because I'm just so on edge I'm yelling at everyone!

And that's one of the worst feelings - I was waiting at work to hear what the results were...I probably should have skipped that day at work.

Everything will work out - yell at people if you have to...later on they'll understand.

That is my hope!! You'll be in my thoughts today!

(as a side note: It is so freakin frustrating when you're told you'll have results and then they make you wait a day or sometimes days for news... it's so stressful on all parties waiting.... I'm sorry!! )
