Anyone work near 37th & 8th Ave?

My company is moving a few blocks down to that area in a couple of months.

I'm so excited to be leaving the Port Authority Bus Terminal in the dust. We are currently next to it. It smells like pee.

With the move, we'll be RIGHT NEAR ONE OF MY FAVORITE BARS...the Houndstooth Pub. Who will be meeting me there for drinks?

Think it's bad that I am so in tune with the proximity of favorite bars to various locations?
