Are there any vegans on here?

I am on a dairy free diet right now because I am breastfeeding and dairy does not agree with my daughter's digestive system. Since cutting out dairy, I've actually felt great. I'm thinking of making some vegan recipes and treading the vegan waters for a little bit--since I've felt good without dairy, I think it would be great for DH to experiment with too (he's a diabetic). Does anyone have any good vegan recipes or resources? TIA!

I'm not vegan - I'm vegetarian, but I do cook and eat a lot of vegan food.
