Cheesecake Factory posts the calories for all their items. ALL OF THEM!

I saw that last time I was in NY! I almost 'ed! I thought I was eating healthy with the Fresh Fish Tacos...well...it was almost 2k in calories!!!!!!

If you like cheesecake you have to try some there. I'm not a big fan of messing with the traditional cheesecake but I will say the red velvet cheesecake is to die for!!!

This is as bad as the calories posted at Yankee stadium! I had over 2,000 cals in the first inning!
My MIL is a nutritionist and she told DH and me a long time ago that there was over 1,000 cals (forget exactly how many she said, it could've even been 1,500!) in ONE piece of the choc chip cookie dough cheesecake
I will still indulge every so often. I love ALL cheesecake

I have to say, I've only had a piece of cheesecake from there once, at a party. Someone brought it. It was good, but it was no Juniors!

I absolutely love the chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake. Its ridiculous!I thought i was eating healthy by ordering the bbq ranch chicken salad. Its so good....but sooooooooooooo fat a$$!!!

Yeah, the only things that aren't insanely caloric are the weight management salads.

this is very disappointing news... i have a giftcard to cheesecake factory and now it will be a guilt-laden meal! i'll have to go on a night where i simply do not care
