trader joes mini-wheats...mmmm...and yes, they were frosted but they surprisingly don't have that many grams of sugar per serving.

Coldmeal = cold oatmeal. I put quick oats in a bowl and add enough vanilla soymilk to cover 'em...let it sit for awhile...it's really good.Today I have it with blueberries and peach slices.

hmmmm had myself the following:Fiber One English Muffin, toasted with Smart Balance chunky peanut butter and Polaner Strawberry Preserve. A cup of Juan Valdez instant coffee.
