Can I share some news?

Since I have a lot of weight to lose, I divided it into 'steps' so it's not so overwhelming. Well, I just hopped on the scale, and I reached my first 'step!' I'm down 23 lbs!

I work out like 20 min a day, I don't eat a ton of garbage, and I do drink a lot of water.
