We had I think 6 cancellations week of, and then 2 people didn't show up. Good times since we had to pay for all of them

we had 115 yes's, 2 people cancelled a few days before the wedding and 2 others didn't show up.

only 2 after we paid

One was a flight cancellation, and he couldn't do anything about that

The other was a car malfunction the morning of, and at least she messages me

I had Danielle from the 2011 board and her DH step in! Since they were using the same DJ and florist, it's like they got a preview for their wedding!

We had 1 the week before we paid....she got selected to speak at a conference for work in LA the weekend of our wedding

We had 3 no shows... one was an elder distant family member who was sick, so that was unforseen. The other two were just obnoxious reasons.

We had 2 couple cancellations- DH co-workers that got called into work because of that tornado that hit 2 days before my wedding

we had 103 say yes but told the hall 99 then 4 no shows but 4 people that said they probably couldnt come showed up so they filled in the spot of the no shows. But originially we were under min before I invite liw girls and dh invited a few coworkers

22 People!!!

6 called that day and 2 called the day before and the rest NOT A word although some FB messaged me they were sorry. That # is including people who said they were bringing a date and never did.

we had 2 no shows only b/c of the rain and their flight wouldn't leave FL that morning.

but i was happy to know that besides that, all our guests showed up

I wish I were that lucky...we had a 150 min, 146 guarantee (with vendors), and appox. 10 no shows!!!!! Had I known this, I would've totally had you guys come and fill in!
