Dear girl sitting next to me in training,

This is a class training session, not a personal conversation with the instructor. We are supposed to be learning intervention strategies, not listening to you talk about how you spend hours every night making your 3 year old practice spelling and writing. I really couldn't care less about your strategies for raising the most neurotic child on the planet. Just shut up and let them talk so we can get the heck out of here!

P.S. - I've told you 5 times now how to pronounce my name, there is NO reason you should be calling me Alaina.

Keep it simple while in training and then kick her in the vag when it's over.
