Does 8 mo. sound too long for the photo album?

I didn't get the proofs back to the photographers till March, so now I will get the photos in November....Maybe in time for my 1 year anniversary!!!! They did say they try for 6 months, but guarantee 8 months. I got the flush album with 56 pictures. I was just wondering how long everyone else's is taking. Both our parents and I have these empty frames laying around the house waiting in anticipation!

Does 8 mo. sound too long for the photo album?

We were told up to 9 months-- because of size (66 pics) so for me it seems normal but have heard others get them earlier Laura

Mine took about 3 months and I had about 60 pictures. Although 8 months seems long, I think many others I know had the same experience as you.

Does 8 mo. sound too long for the photo album?

I was told ours will take 3 months but ours is not a flush type album which I would think would take much longer.

I have a 10x10 album too. But I am dying to see the pictures. We just showed his Aunt the wedding video. It was nice to see it after so many months. I've been so wrapped up in looking for a job that the wedding stuff had been totally forgotten. It had been nice for both of us to watch the video. Thanks for the info ladies!!

They told me 2-3 months for a 60 page 11x14 album. It''s also flush and I got my proofs in exactly 2 weeks like they said.

I waited about 3 weeks for my proofs and they had told me it would take about 9 months for the album (60 pictures). Well, my album will supposedly be ready on 8/16 after going in for the album planning on 10/21 (almost 10 months). I was able to get almost all of the enlargements (except for the 16X20 pic) and the parent albums in advance (I think I got them in June). So maybe you can ask them to call you when those are ready and you can pick them up first. Good luck!
