get hungry every two hours on the dot?

i ran out of snacks so im dying over here.

Usually.

I've been told that sometimes it's just thirst disguised as hunger

but even if I drink something, I still want food.

My problem is I don't snack enough. I had yogurt this morning around 9 and I just ordered lunch. Nothing in between which is why I will DEVOUR my lunch.

I snack when I get home after work, but I always overdo it.

This is what I've always heard. But yeah, it doesn't even take me 2 hours usually. I'm perpetually hungry- I could literally eat anytime of the day or night.

i come to work with bags of snacks
cheese sticks, applesauce, granola bars crackers, fruit.

thats interesting about the thirst thing. im always thirsty. but my stomach is screaming out to me right now. FEED ME SEYMOUR!!
