Does anyone know who makes this dress?

Sorry for all the question posts today! I did some research for my friend (the one looking for bridal salons) and I sent her some pictures I had saved from my own search. She loves this dress...according to my computer I saved it last November, and I have no clue who the designer is.

Anyone have any idea?

im not sure but it could be lazaro too - it looks like a lazaro belt and the rouching in the chest area looks like a lazaro dress i tried on too
