good ol' sat quest of the day

This first week has been both happy and tough for us....

What has been your most stressful moment as a married couple?

So far for us its finding an apartment and my car crapping out this week. I know there are more of these moments to come but I thought we would have had a few more weeks of bliss. But I have to thank god that I married a man who can calm me down and help me take deep breaths and relax.

FIL was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks before our wedding and passed away 12 weeks later. Needless to say, it has been a very trying and stressful time for DH and for us as a married couple.

A lot of the joys of being newly married have been overshadowed for us by grief, tension, stress, and sadness.

Despite this all, we still manage to laugh a lot and rely on each other. Thanks to this early test, I have 100% confidence in the lasting power of what we have together.

To be honest the most stressful thing so far has been furniture shopping But we have been together 10+ years . Edit to add yea kimmie welcome to the NW board

we didn't live together before we got married so i mean -- learning to live together was a challenge.

finding a place for all our stuff is another. we have a one bedroom apartment. so... yikes.

Eta mine has been dealingwith being sick and not knowing what was wrong with me. Dh has been so supportive

Ours is TTC..it has caused a lot of pressure and stress...which leads to a lot of fighting.

Picking out photos for our wedding album. Lol. Otherwise, knock-on-wood, things are pretty great! We laugh a LOT, I think that helps our relationship.
