grill-less burgers

so i've been giving DH daily coupons for vday....tuesday's coupon was for a homecooked meal of his choice.

this morning he texted from work saying he wants to cash in for dinner tonight and that he wants burgers....

we live in a 1bedroom is jersey city so needless to say we don't have a grill. how would you guys go about making burgers without one???

for my top chef girls - i dont wanna follow in fabio's footsteps with minimeatloafs.

help! please! can this be done?

Re: grill-less burgers

Do you have a grill pan?

Even if you don't, you can make the burgers in a skillet, or I've used a heavy cast iron pot/pan. Works pretty well.

Re: grill-less burgers

Go get yourself a George Foreman grill It's the best thing to have in the winter or in an apt.

As for tonight, yes, you can make them in a skillet, or on a griddle pan. Or you can use a broiler pan and broil them in the oven.
