grrr (re houses)

i was just randomly looking at MLSLI to see what was out there (DH and I are not looking to buy a house ... i just wanted to see pics lol) ... i found this AMAZING looking house - everything looked brand new, has a huge backyard and two fireplaces! AND, it was only $200k ...

I was *this* close to calling the real estate agent when i noticed the taxes .... $38,659 per year

how is that even possible

oh well

What! That sounds off... on occasion, there is a misprint on MLSLI as I have learned, so you might want to call anyway.
