If anyone has any info regarding a short sale can you please fill me in.. what happens after your approved for a house??? I am so not fmailiar with this stuff!!!!lol

Did you put an offer in on the house? Was it accepted? After your offer is accepted I'm pretty sure contract comes next and the house is appraised. But I think with short sales there can be issues if the house is appraised at a much higher price than what the seller's are asking. I've heard short sales can be a very long process (6 months- year and sometimes longer).

we put the offer in and it was accepted.. I think now we just wait for the contract:)

Yayy!! SO exciting! I hate the waiting part. We put our offer in Feb. and we're FINALLY closing next week! It's a long process but so worth it! Congrats again!
we put the offer in and it was accepted.. I think now we just wait for the contract:)
