How long did it take for you to get your ..

photo album and video? I got the proofs already, but the album they said could take up to 8 months. It is a flush album. With your photos...were they able to open eyes up if they were closed? I thought that was included, but they said there would be a charge for it. I was pissed!

Let's see...I got married in November...got my proofs back right after the honeymoon...just put together the albulm last week, and they said it will take 16 to 20 weeks! Two of my BM's eyes were closed in the pics of them walking down the aisle. At first the photographer said there was nothing he could do about it, but after some research, we found out it could be done. He said he will try to do it, but can't promise how good it will look. He is not charging us for it b/c we had some 'issues' with him. As for video, that will be done by the end of the month...can't wait!
