I figured no one was on the board yet, so I ....

figured I would start something. I got married in Dec. and I owe in taxes already! Next year is going to be worse! Besides buying a house, what is everyone else doing?? I can't believe we will owe something like $5,000 next year just because we are married!! Just wanted to vent!

You should be safe since you bought a house, right? We don't have any exemptions! What bites is that I lose my student loans as a write off because I'm married and make over the cap!!!
