I need HM ideas

We haven't taken our offical HM only a mini moon since DH just started a new job. We are looking to go sometime in May.

1. The flight can not be more than 4 hours (I hate flying)

2. Must have a beach

3. Really do not want to spend my than 5-6K

Let me hear your ideas ladies

We went to Aruba - stayed at Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort. It was a beautiful beach, small, quiet and mostly people on their HMs or celebrating an anniversary. Flew and Jet Blue and had great flights both ways. Hotel and Flight were booked through CheapCarribean.com (but I called them and booked on the phone) and it was def under $5K. NOt sure what you're looking for, but if you want a beautiful beach and relaxing trip, I would definitely recommend this!

We spent 4K for 10 days in Punta Cana DR. Majestic Elegance all inclusive. We had an amazing time.

We went to Aruba and stayed at The RIU Palace and LOVED it!!!!! We went for 10 days and it was a little over 4K for flight and the all inclusive resort. We booked through cheapcarribean.com - they had the cheapest prices.

I second Punta Cana-
and I second the Riu Palace in Punta Cana (not Aruba) We went for ten days and it was the most wonderful trip I've been on yet.
All Inclusive and a STEAL!

Aruba is perfect- we went there last year, i would say the Hyatt has the best property/best grounds! definitely look in to staying there, or Bucati. The beaches are pretty, lots of restaraunts, friendly people, water sports (horseback riding on the beach, parasailing, jet skiing)
