I want to cry...

I've definitely put on some weight since the wedding...its not something I'm happy with and its something I've decided to change...

Tonight at DH's Masonic Vday party, one of DH's brothers asked me if I was PREGNANT...I didn't think I had gotten that big, but I guess I have.

I'm so embarrassed...it makes me not want to even leave the house until I lose some weight.

Don't take the thoughts of some sauerbraten-eating filter-less jerk to heart.

Like I said, someone asked me the same thing once. It STINGS. But after a day or so, you just end up letting it go. I'm sorry it happened to you

Don't listen to that idiot, it sounds like he was talking out his @ss. Hearing comments about your weight is probably one of the most hurtful ways anyone can insult a woman. You don't deserve to feel this way. Lots of hugs

if it was me i would use that motivation to get back on track and get to where YOU wanna be. im sure we have all put weight on since the wedding, i know i have and starting tuesday after valentines day im back on the 'pre wedding diet'.

My sisters are freaks of nature and last summer, my sister was laying on the beach 9 months pregnant. 9 month pregnant!!!! I had a cute sundress on and one of my BIL friends came up to me and said congrats! I can't believe you have 1 month to go!!! Granted my sister was 130 lbs at 9 months and I was 150 with a beer belly. I feel your pain. I also think that this d-bag said that to you because you guys are newly married and people feel that is the next thing to say. I hate people. You should throw rocks at him. I am here for you!!

I totally understand how you are feeling. I went to my parents the other night and my father told me I was getting 'FAT'. Yes fat not you are gaining some weight. Like I didnt know i was putting on some pounds.

In a sentence: People are idiots. Seriously, Ilana, I 100% doubt you look pregnant. People, usually family members just really -want- you to be pregnant because you're newly married, and sometimes blurt things that they shouldn't. I'm sure you look great!

Just b/c they asked if you are pregnant doesn't necessarily mean he noticed weight gain...People always ask married women if they are pregnant..When you are dating, it's 'are you engaged yet?' And then when you get married its 'when are the kids coming? Are you pregnant yet?'

People are so freakin nosy and rude.
