are u asking if the flats are tacky or their color?
I dont think either is tacky, but will need visual to determine 100%

I saw ppl wear flats even when it was below 32. now that is super weird/tacky. today is from what I understand gorgeous outside and I really do think ur flats wont be too weird. I think it fits weather/atmosphere outside

I don't think that's tacky. I saw someone today with open toed sandals...definitely spring/summer sandals - wasn't a fan - too early for that.
