Kitty left us a present when we cam home. TMI?

So...I made green chocolate duck lollipops to bring to work for St. Patrick's day. Yesterday I left 4 on the kitchen counter and took the rest to work since I no longer work on St. Patrick's day (it's too much work to get in & can be scary) DH & I walk in the door last night and all I can scream out is OMG! Dh has no clue at this point...There are about 10 spots of green throw up all over the house! Our Monster Baby apparently jumped on the counter (which is a new thing our 8 yo kitty picked up this past month) snatched one of the green ducks and ate the ENTIRE thing! I freaked out screaming he could have killed himself. After scolding him and attempting to clean it off the carpets I ran to my parent's (who live next door) and grabbed the carpet cleaner b/c that was the only way it would come clean. My dad reminded me that it was really white chocolate colored green and that white chocolate isn't really Chocolate at all. So feeling better after that and getting the mess 100% off the carpets we realized that he may never do it again b/c of the commotion it caused when we came home. He hates commotion and loud noises. He got different kind of vacuums last night. He hide for most of the night and we opted to feed him the bare minimum b/c we didn't want him to throw up again. He spent the night sleeping all over me and didn't want to get out of bed when I got up. I think he's feeling like we all do the day after tons of throwing up. Dear Lord may his lesson be learned!
