i dont have my resume on there, mainly b/c i think linkedin serves as a resume, itself.

any more 'resume' information may appear like you are actively looking. but that is just my two cents about it

instead of putting the formal resume, just make sure your profile is fully updated. and if you can get recommendations, that always looks good....and it provides more insight to you as a worker....much better than any more resume-type facts could do
