Maybe some of you brides can help! :)

Hello, Newlyweds! I've been married for 2.5 years, and my BIL is getting married in a few days! Anyway, my BIL's fiance went a little overboard with exercising, and--after already picking up her dress with the final fittings--her dress is apparently too big in the hips and waist. I've never had a problem with being too small (I wish, haha), but I figured maybe some of you had this problem? Is there anything she can do or wear to make her dress more fitted again? I suggested pop tarts, haha. Thanks for any insight!

If it were me, I would see if a seamstress could do it or just have my mom take in the seam at the hips with her sewing machine.
