Moving

Gosh, how I'd love to move! I have a horrendous commute from Queens to Stony Brook but can't move b/c of our parents. They're sick and need us close. Sigh.....

A guy I work with has a wonderful 3 bed home in Setauket for sale. Its within walking distance to the water and i wish I could move in tomorrow! He told me he'd be willing to give a great deal b/c he's moving out in November (having another baby, needs a bigger house). Since I can't take advantage of the deal, I thought I'd post here.
