My friend is preggers and due date is 3/4

She wants this baby to come out but went to the doctor yesterday and is still 1 cm dilated which she was last week as well. So now she's trying the at home remedies to help this baby along...eating spicy food, husband rubbing her ankles, boiling cinnamon sticks (this is what she told me). I told her to do 1 a day so we find out which one worked.

Tell her to walk a lot and another thing that worked for me(this is weired) to do things that like putting curtains up...anything that would make your hands be up...over your head.
