Need help re: vendor review

So the lady who did my hair sent me a link to review her. I did. My review gave her 4/5 stars, but I did include a few missteps along the way that we had, but made sure to note that I LOVED my hair in the end. I thought it was a fair review.

This afternoon, she emailed me asking me to take my review down. She said she didn't appreciate the negative comments, and that she doesn't think people need to know what happened 'behind the scenes'.

My mom told me to take it down, and so did DH. Dh said 'why start more drama? It's over, just take it down. People sue over this.'

I don't feel like I should!!!

What do I do!? FM and I'll send you the link the review. I don't think it was unfair. Please help! Thanks!

Is it a LIW vendor or just someone being sneaky? Was anything terrible said? I still feel as though it hsould be posted to let future brides know..Can you FM it to me too?

The point of a review is to let people know your experiences...the good with the bad! So I think you should leave it up. FM me and I can let you know my opinion on the review.

My question to you is...if you were looking for a vendor would you want to know? I would leave it up. If its written correctly and its your honest experience, I would want people to know.

i totally agree with everyone! If you were well-spoken and there was nothing overly harsh (I mean you loved the result!) then I don't see what the problem is. It's a review!!!!

dont take it down!!!!!! if these vendors want fake review tell them to make fake accounts and write their own reviews and dont use real brides. seriously these vendors!!
