Newlywed Get Together

Hi guys sorry that I have not posted in a while, I was wondering if any of you are interested in maybe getting together for coffe or something and sharing of post wedding stories as well as some pictures!! Sounds like it could be fun to me, I feel like I have know some of you for a long time (via the internet of course) and I would just love to chat to some old married people about what life is like now and do some reminessing about the weddings...anyone interested??

I live on Highland Ave. We bought this house
5 years ago. The schools are amazing, there is no need to go to private school but, there are great Catholic schools in the area too. Our area(right around Main St.) is beautiful, you can walk to the train station. You don't even need a station car!

Good luck to you and enjoy every minute. I actually calmed down the night of my rehersal dinner which was 2 nights before. The night before the wedding I slept like a baby.
Make sure you try to eat something before the ceremony and also at the reception. Take a few minutes to sit back and watch everyone having a good time at the reception.

sure...let me know when and where. I would like to otry and do th is...but Decemember is a very busy month - work wise and home -wise.
Also, try to go to bed early the night b4.
My rehearsal dinner was the night b4 and I was a wreck. Luckily we had the dinner in the conference rm of the hotel where we were staying- and had it catered in. That was a GREAT help.

Well, ladies and gents, WE DID IT!!!

Our wedding was Nov 4, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! And, my parents hosted another celebration for us in Chicago last weekend. Even though it's been a little crazy lately, everything was so special this past month!!!

this happened to us as well from some people at work... my boss included! but then a couple of weeks after the wedding, these people went up to kevin and asked him if there was something we didn't get that we wanted. i found that question strange (and he basically said that we were totally spoiled.. feeling weird saying 'actually, yes, we'd like blah blah blah!'). my boss ended up sending our gift last week.. 2 tickets to the opera....3rd row center! so maybe the people you didn't get anything from will get you something later. don't feel about bad about talking about it though...its just your feelings! -leighann
