nooooooooo!!!!!!!!

DH just got an email from the company he had interviewed at (four interviews!) ...

they told him they decided to 'go in a different direction' ... whatever that means

it's extra-sad because at the most recent interview, the guy told him 'not to worry' about getting this position.

it really stinks ... poor DH feels awful ... so do I, obviously.

OH NO...Mor, I am SO SO SO sorry to hear that! There are so many cliche things to say..'everything happens for a reason' and 'another great opportunity will arise' but bottom line: that sux and I'm sure DH feels really badly. I'm SO sorry! Chin up and hang in there!

I am soooo sorry to hear that, Mor!!!!

And to think I have openings within my department!!! If only he was fully bi-lingual in Spanish and had some Budgeting/ product Control experience.

Today, I think I heard another Latin American Division area might want someone to handle Budgeting without knowing Spanish or Portuguese but I would have to confirm on that. All I hear is hearsay. But heck he has some qualifications, I might just talk with the Director of our Area.
