**NWQOTD: Sept 12**

Forgive me ladies if I ask questions that have already been asked.

Today's question:

Is there any food that you or DH eats that the other finds completely repulsive?

I love mashed potatoes, but they make DH want to vomit.

He also hates any kind of vegetable, because, you know, he's five years old.

I'll pretty much eat anything, so there is nothing he eats that grosses me out.

I don't eat meat, but certain things really gross me out, like bacon...eww..the smell. OMG

DH is a picky eater and doesn't like a lot of what I eat. For example I love spicy food and he can't handle it. He likes bland food. He will eat a plain bagel with no butter or cream cheese.

I LOVE Indian food and he hates it. He can't stand the smell of it. He just doesn't like the spices. Once in awhile he will take me for Indian and this weekend I hurt my back and he actually made me channa masala from a kit I bought.

I don't eat ANY condiments.....dressing, ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc...yuck!!

I love Italian food!!! LOVE IT!!!!

DH doesn't like eggplant or sauerkraut but loves ox tails!

There is some thing his mom makes from cow stomach - I forget what it is called?

Gross.

DH doesn't understand my obsession with ice cream.

DH. Hates eggplant. I love it!

I hate fish of any sort. He likes sushi

There are four main foods that I cannot eat...I mean, I get sick even watching someone eat them and DH loves all of them...in this order of hatred:

1) Strawberries
2) Bacon
3) Pancake syrup
4) Ice cream

I can't even stand the smell of the bacon or syrup. I cant even touch strawberries. My stepfather was growing strawberries at one point and he was away on vacation and asked me to pick them. I put on oven mitts and used a scissor to cut them off and hope they landed in the plastic bag i put under them

He eats everything except soup....I LOVE soup!!!

I dont eat any seafood...I won't cook it bc I would never know if it is right

I have only 3 things I can not/will not eat

1. water chestnut
2. mushrooms
3. fish

DH lovesssss fish, so it was a constant battle in the kitchen on who was cooking dinner that night (he would cook what HE wanted to eat and vice versa)

DH hates avocados, coconut and pineapples.

He LOVES sushi - I can't even look at it without feeling like I want to

He also likes things that are sweet and sour in one - i.e. sesame chicken. I can't do it - totally grosses me out.

I like to have yogurt (Greek yogurt) + corn flakes. He thinks I'm super gross lol. I also LOVE this sauce that's made of cheese, yogurt, and cheese water lol. He refuses to try it. Oh well.

DH hates mushrooms and asparagus and most seafood and i love them

I hate spicy food and am not a fan of cooked carrots and he loves them

I really dislike bacon and it'd be a food group if it were up to DH. I eat pretty much everything but it realllly turns my stomach if DH just has a plate of meat. Like if we were at a bbq and he loads up on sausages, steak, chicken on one plate with nothing else makes me want to barf.

I eat pretty much everything but things that Dh won't try is foi gras, blood sausage, liver, (obviously i don't eat these all the time), squash of any kind, and any vegetable that he deems 'squeaky'.
