im on the phone with an insurance and the lady is a fkn tool!

every question i ask she replies with 'one moment' then goes 'pshhh pshhhh' obnoxious thinking noises then says 'one moment AGAIN...'HMMMM..PSSSS PSHH...one moment' 3 more times!!! for every fkn questionnnnnn

I hurt myself in A/C this weekend and now I am sitting here and my back is in full spasm...
