DH and I are getting closer and closer to closing on our house but there are a couple of hiccups we have to overcome first! The closing date according to our contract is December 1st - only 2 days away and we're definitely not ready to close yet... at that point, we have 30 days to get this thing done so if you could spare a few prayers for us that everything gets cleared and we can close by year end, it would be great

good luck!!!!

we were supposed to close on july 1st and we had some hiccups but we closed july 12th. it will all work out - just get on your lawyer to do his/her work and get them all the stuff they need asap

Most people want to close before the end of the year and def before the holidays!
