Re: Proper time frame
I picked mine up 2 weeks ago and haven't even started writing them yet I think (hope) within one year is acceptable.

Re: Proper time frame
I sent mine a few weeks after I received my proofs, I believe it was about 4 months after the wedding. But that was because I had my family pestering me about it lol. Technically, you have within a year to send them out

Re: Proper time frame
I got mine about 2 months after the wedding but didn't start writing them till after the holidays. It's a lot to write. Finally sent them out late February.

FMIL was on my A** about it- they were sent out by the 2 MONTH mark! But you have up to a year for it to be appropriate

Re: Proper time frame
I sent mine out 4 months after. I would have done it sooner but I had to wait for my photographer to finish printing my pics.I heard within 1 year is proper etiquette

Re: Proper time frame
I've heard three months is the standard time period, but DH is stressing about it already. I told the guy to relax
