so strange lol

past few nights ive been waking up with my pants off. i gues sin the middle of the night while im sleeping i take them off?? does this happen to anyone??

I think that happens sometimes maybe your getting really warm at nite, I wouldnt be concerned as long as your not also waking up sore too

i get really hot in the middle of the night and this usually happens to me. I like to be cold when I sleep and be all wrapped up in my blankets.

I always strip in my sleep. I wake up missing clothes all the time and dont remember taking them off.
