SODIUM

So I wanted tomato soup from Hale & Hearty- so delish and 110 calories. woo..

WELLL I just checked the nutrition and in a small (I usually get a medium) there is over 1000 mg of sodium in it!! Holy crp. There's only like 400 something in my WW soup, so I guess its back to that each day.

damn.

WOW thats big for me! I love Hale & Hearty! But I have to watch my sodium b/c i get frequent headaches. I can't eat ham b/c of it. I love those Ramen noodle soups & I'm always getting yelled at for them.
