Specialty Cakes

Does anyone know a baker, either in Long Island or NYC who will do those types of specialty cakes/3D cakes like you see them make on Cake Boss?

My friend was going to surprise her boyfriend with one for his 30th birthday party but the woman she normally uses can't do it since its her sister's wedding. This woman works out of her home so she isn't able to reccoment anyone.

Any help would be appreciated!

I got my DH his groom's cake from The Cake Gallery in N Bellmore...it was delish and awesome! He has a webpage but his FB page is where he posts most if not all of his work!
