Spray tan

Can I smother myself with SPF if I get a spray tan?
Or, will smothering with lotion/spray make my fake tan get all wonky (that is for you, becki)?

I am headed to Miami and I'm going to fry like bacon if I don't come up with a foolproof plan for the sun!

you want to do your spray tan -- wait the 12 hours (or however long it is) before you shower and what not.

then definitely apply spray tan. because i've seen you. you're white.

you will burn.

it won't mess up your tan.

No way! Lotion is good for your spray tan, it helps it last longer. Slather it on!

Going to Gotham Glow (featured in like every single bridal mag as the best in nyc) at 12 noon!

For those of you who have met me you understand why this is such a huge thing for me! I am about as fair as they come and I dont' wanna offend anyone in Miami!

gothamglow.com - $65 bucks but all reviews say it lasts for a week.

I'll post pics (if I can figure out why my blackberry won't let me email pictures)...

I agree with everyone. Totally OK to slather on lotion after the 12 hour post-spray.

Speaking from experience, sweating does make the spray tan come off, and if you are in a pool or ocean for long periods on time it might start to come off also.

more importantly... I AM GOING TO BE IN MIAMI THIS WEEKEND TOO!
