Stupid question

How long after your wedding did you throw away stuff like any receipts or contracts or anything like that?

I feel like I may need something...but no clue for what! So just making sure before I toss it.

Haha, I wrestled with that too...I threw away all of my paperwork (including my wedding folder ) 2 or 3 nights ago. I couldn't stand the clutter anymore!

But I haven't deleted my wedding folder in my email yet, or any of the wedding-related lists on my phone, or any of the folders on my computer. I'm having a hard time letting those go!!!

I still have everything, lol! We still have to pay the rest of our balance to the photographer when we get our proofs so i'm just waiting a little longer.

It's so hard to part and letting go! Ahhhh!! I am getting rid of things little by little, but some of the paperwork I am iffy on. lol. I paid my photographer in full the night of even though I don't have prints or albums yet, but he is a friend so not worried...but I will for sure hold onto that paperwork.

I will eventually get there, I think I'm gonna keep all the contracts but not the receipts.

Waiting on video and photography as well.

I'm pretty sure I threw everything out within the first few weeks. Too much clutter, and I was going through a spring cleaning phase.

I still have all my stuff lol. My moh bought me a wedding book with all different tips and folders to organize everything - I can't seem to part with it even though the wedding is over lol

My stuff was gone within a month. I have absolutely no emotional attachment to any of it and it was just taking up space!

mine are still in a binder somewhere

i would throw them out- im just too lazy to pull em out and chuck them LOL

except for your photography contract, everything else is good to throw out

i cleaned last week and threw away all of our non contract wedding stuff (folders from venues and vendors we met with that we didnt book). But i still have our wedding stuff...its in a box tucked away and i cant seem to part with it. And to be honest, dh has a few friends that just got engaged and are planning their wedding and they have come to us to get info on vendors and pricing...so im glad we have it. ill prob keep it til we move...which will be in a few years lol. its not in our way so i cant find the need to part with it

I threw everything out except my photography contract because I have yet to receive my video. Once it's in my hands and we approve it, then that's gone!

I put it in a bin with all other wedding related stuff at the in laws. LOL I cant part with it either.
