We ate our year old wedding cake yesterday!

I must admit it was a little stale...but we microwaved the slices for 10 sec each. Warming up the mocha filling really made it so much more enjoyable to eat! So glad to have the room back in my freezer! I can't believe a year has passed!

Mine isn't even my cake!!

My husband keeps threatening to throw it out. We didn't even get back the top of our cake. The baker said he'd make us a new one on our anniversary. But I still want to defrost and try it June 4, 2001. I'll be happy to get the space back in my freezer.

Ate mine after the honeymoon

Since I didn't eat a thing at my wedding, we decided to eat our cake when we came home from the honeymoon. It was delicious.
