Wedding Dress Preservation

Where did you ladies have this done? And about how much did it run you?

Re: Wedding Dress Preservation

DH brought mine to our regular drycleaners last week. They said it will take about 30 days. For my dress and veil, it was $200. They told him it will be in a clear box (or box with a clear window in it) and then another box on top of that - or something like that. Not 100% sure b/c I didn't personally drop it off)

Re: Wedding Dress Preservation

i went through Davids Bridal and I LOVE the way it came out! It was $200 for my dress, my garter, my Cathedral Veil and my Fingertip Veil.
Comes in a box with a window in the front

Re: Wedding Dress Preservation

Did you get it cleaned first?

I called the dry cleaner by my house and they told me $450 without seeing my dress, so I'm worried I'll get there and it will be even more!

Mine included the cleaning and preserving. $450 seems pretty high.
