DH this it's gross that I eat Ricotta with a spoon... nothing mixed.
I don't think I eat many 'weird' things... I'll have to continue to think about it.
If you love ricotta. Take toast and put ricotta and some sugar on it. Best sand wich everrrrr.... Its even better if you get fresh ricotta!!!!

I eat lasagna in a sandwich and stuffing too. Carb overload for sure!
and i've done most of the things mentioned
the doritos in bagels, creamcheese turkey sandwiches with tomatoes are DELICIOUS!I dip carrots in spicy deli mustard. My roomate used to do it and i thought it was weird until i tried it
